MAXUMAL SIPrails™ Building System

The Maxumal™ difference is in the patented SIPrails™ building system. Taking advantage of 21st-century innovation, canted walls are possible due to the increased strength of SIPrails™ and nearly double the living space. The state-of-the-art SIPrails™ system simplifies and shortens the construction process, increases structural integrity sixfold, and ensures standardized quality during the on-site build.

SIPrails™ are fabricated to accommodate Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), with thicknesses ranging in depth from 7.25” to 12”. Our patented SIPrails™ use extruded aluminum rails rather than 2x6’s to band the SIPs, increasing structural strength by a factor of six (6). In every model, the SIPrails™ encapsulate 9.25” SIPs, except in the Classic+ model, which uses 7.25” SIPs. The SIPs are pre-cut in our factory with windows and doors and enclosed within the SIPrails™. The SIPrails™ encase all the required electrical wiring, plumbing, and, when necessary, fire suppression systems.

The unique, interlocking SIPrails™ system is incredibly easy to assemble. Each of the SIPrails™ includes a pair of connectors, coupling and locking together a pair of structural insulated panels (SIPs). SIPrails™ eliminate the need for nails, wood members, and wood inserts, requiring only screw guns. Maxumal™ materials arrive on site with all the components required for the complete installation, yielding a complete home or commercial structure.
